I had no idea this store had an online site! My mom used to go to this store near her home in Atlanta for all her kitchen supply needs back when they had a physical store and I always loved going with her because the staff was so helpful with anything I need.
But they closed the physical location a few years ago, and since the pandemic started I haven’t gone out much since I don’t want to put my family at risk. I was actually in need of a new julienne slicer blade for my food processor and had been looking around at some places online, but because of prices and delayed shipping, I wasn’t having much luck. I was considering just getting up the courage to go out and buy myself a whole new machine.
And then my mom actually mentioned that Kitchen Works Inc has a fully online store, and she was pretty sure that they had authentic Cuisinart food processor replacement parts. I hopped on to my computer, and sure enough, they did!
I was delighted when I found they had a whole section on their website dedicated just to Cuisinart parts and that they work directly with the manufacturer to get the parts sent directly to them from the warehouse.
The website makes it super easy to find which parts go with the particular model I have, but I wanted to be absolutely sure that I had selected the right blades for my DLC- 2014 food processor, so I gave the customer service line a call and the associate was so helpful and patient. He even recommended a plastic dough mixing blade attachment that would save me so much time and energy when it came to baking. (I felt dumb because I honestly had no idea you could use a food processor to mix dough so quickly??)
I placed an order as soon as I got off the phone and my package arrived quickly in 3 days. I was so excited I zoomed to the door when it came and opened it immediately. My replacement parts came beautifully packaged and brand new, and fit perfectly when I tried them out.
I spent the afternoon doing my favorite thing - baking! I had always wanted to try making French style baguettes, so I whipped out all my supplies and got to work. With the new dough blade attachment, I only had to pulse the food processor a few times to get the desired results for the dough that normally would have taken me quite a bit of time to mix by hand. I am so impressed and happy with my new discovery, and my family enjoyed my freshly baked bread too!
Now I have a reliable place to come back to if I want to order more parts or kitchen supplies online, and with the stellar customer service it’s no-brainer.
